We seek candidates with two (2) or more years of nursing experience in acute care or home health care for the role of Registered Nurse, Home Health. The person in this role will report to the Clinical Manager and be expected to provide comprehensive 1440 care to patients through the activities of assessment, planning, and provision of direct nursing care within the policies and standards of the Agency. She/he will report to the Clinical Manager and is a non-exempt position.

Candidates must be currently licensed registered nurse in the State of Michigan. A minimum of two (2) years of nursing in an acute care or home care setting is highly preferred. CPR certification preferred. Must be self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision. Must be an avid team player.
