Looking for a change of scenery?  We seek a Registered Nurse candidates with demonstrated experience in facilitating regulatory surveys and surveyor visits for Joint Commission, California Department of Public Health, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid for the role of RN Accreditation and Regulatory Manager.  In this role you will report to the Director of Clinical Quality Improvement and plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of the hospital Accreditation Program, ensuring that all hospital departments and services on the State of California license are in a continual state of readiness for the Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), and California Department of Public Health (CDPH) surveys.  You will provide oversight for the ORYX and CMS Core Measures process. 

Current CA RN license with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in acute hospital setting. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a health-related field.  Must have experience in facilitating regulatory surveys and surveyor visits for Joint Commission, California Department of Public Health, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.  Must have experience in providing education, team facilitation and coaching.  Must have excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills.  Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
