Looking for a great opportunity? We seek candidates with previous financial reporting experience in a medical center for the role of Director, Financial Reporting.  In this role you will lead the members of the Finance Team in financial reporting process, financial analytics/modeling, revenue management, strategic analytics, and overall financial analysis for CCMC.  You will provide communication necessary to inform leadership on key metrics for financial data, financial analysis, volume data, and trend analyses. You will manage and establish sound processes and procedures in alignment with GAAP, internal auditing standards and all other applicable state and federal regulations, while maintaining strong support for the organization on a day-to-day basis.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Business/Finance/Accounting, Management, Statistics, or similar field.  Preference given to candidates with a Master's degree (MA, MS, MBA or MHA) or CPA.  Must have 3-5 years management experience.  Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a medical center/hospital.  Must have a demonstrated ability to analyze, prioritize and problem solve.  Must have high level of proficiency with computer applications i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, including graphing and complex formulas often linking multiple Excel worksheets.
