Looking for a change of scenery?  We have an amazing opportunity for a talented Epic Revenue Cycle Applications Manager to manage a team of analysts in the continued services of the Epic EMR, post go live, and the future optimizations and maintenance. The incumbent will join a highly skilled cohort of IT application professionals that thrive on challenges and collaboration, and have a passion for solving challenges by leveraging cutting edge technology.   Under the direction of the Epic Program Director, you will manage Application Analysts for the Revenue Cycle Applications.  You will ensure that the implementation of  Revenue Cycle Applications are consistent with health system policies and procedures.  You will be responsible for staffing each application with Analysts who complete Epic application certification and are knowledgeable of health system policies, procedures and business operations.      

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Bachelor's Degree in nursing, information technology, allied health professions, business or a related field.   Must have eight (8) years of progressively responsible work experience with an emphasis in clinical information applications and systems in health care may be substituted for a degree.  Epic certification (1) to be achieved within 3 months of training.  One or more certifications in Epic Revenue Cycle applications such as ADT/Prelude, Cadence, Resolute Billing or Tapestry. Must have strong familiarity with revenue cycle workflows and applications.   Skilled in Microsoft office tools, maintaining project plans, project scope, developing and maintaining issues lists, identifying and mitigating project risks, assigning tasks and monitoring progress via status reports.  Must have at least two (2) years of experience leading teams and managing revenue cycle projects in a health care
