Looking for a change of scenery?  We seek a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors degree and five (5) or more years of acute care Case Management experience in a hospital environment for the role of RN Nurse Manager - Case Management.  In this role you will provide leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO) responsible for all nursing and other designated patient care functions/services within the hospital organization. You will assume responsibility for assisting in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating nursing practice on a unit level.You will support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Massachusetts (or have the ability to gain this licensure).  Preference given to candidates with a MSN. Must have at least five (5) years of acute care Case Management experience that includes at least two (2) years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or supervisor.  Must have highly effective interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
