In this role you will assist employees with benefits, income continuance, policies & process improvement. You will maintain employee database and employee benefit files.
Our ideal candidate has a Bachelors degree and four (4) or more years of HR Benefits, preferably in a healthcare environment. Must have excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and skills Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have experience with self insured plans. Must have experience with multiple benefit plans & plan comparison/analysis.
