We seek a Registered Nurse with two (2) or more years of interventional radiology or critical experience for the role of Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care to patients undergoing a variety of procedures in a comprehensive, progressive Cardiac Vascular Interventional Radiology Department utilizing state of the art technology to perform a variety of procedures. Your primary focus will be on Interventional Radiology procedures which include, but not limited to, vertebroplasty, uterine artery and chemo embolization, biopsies, implantable venous access, dialysis interventions, and radio frequency ablation. You will perform comprehensive patient care, moderate sedation and assessment both pre and post procedure. This position requires on call. Position involves rotating between prep and recovery to invasive procedure rooms.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania (or have the ability to gain this licensure). Must have two (2) or more years of acute care nursing experience that includes previous IR experience or, at the minimum, a critical care or IMU background.
