We’re working on behalf of a a not-for-profit health system offering care to communities in Washington, Oregon and Alaska. Looking for a change of scenery?  We seek a Registered Nurse with three (3) or more years of experience in an employee health setting for the role of Manager of Employee Health.  In this role you will be responsible for development, implementation, and quality improvement of the regional employee health program and employee health department. You will be responsible for leadership and supervision of employee health staff, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and accrediting bodies.  You will promote health and safety to prevent caregiver illness and injury.   You will develop and monitor the department budget.   You will manage staffing, scheduling, and performance development of employee health staff.
 
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Oregon (or have the ability to gain this licensure).  Preference given to candidates with a Masters degree.  Must have three (3) or more years of experience in an employee health setting. Preference given to candidates with COHN certification.  Must have demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.  Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
