Looking for a change of scenery? We seek a Registered Nurse with three (3) or more years of experience in an employee health setting for the role of Manager of Employee Health. In this role you will provide strategic leadership to Employee Health services across all healthcare locations. You will manage the design, structure, development, and planning issues within scope of direction. You will be responsible for operational performance including quality, service, and regulatory compliance for areas of responsibility. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders including infection prevention, clinical leadership and others to ensure a high performing function. You will define and implement best practices and processes to reduce and eliminate caregiver exposures and injuries and incorporates appropriate vaccination and prevention strategies. You will ensure that the healthcare system has accurate methods of surveillance and reporting of infection rates to meet and/or exceed all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Washington (or have the ability to gain this licensure). Preference given to candidates with a Masters degree. Must have seven (7) or more years of experience in an employee health setting that includes five (5) or more years of managerial experience. Knowledge and training in process improvement and lean concepts highly desired. Preference given to candidates with COHN certification. Must have demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to deliver financial results for areas of accountability. Must be able to work in a matrixed environment.
