Looking for an opportunity with a healthcare leader? We seek candidates with seven (7) or more years of related experience in applying lean principles and methodologies for the role of Director of Lean Transformation. In this role you will champion and engage with all levels of leadership and caregivers across the health system in implementing a culture of lean transformation, building trust and collaborative relationships. You will promote the principles, values, and methodologies required to support the lean transformation. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure alignment and standardization around the lean strategy, language and methodology for the assigned network.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Nursing or a related field. Must have seven (7) or more years of related experience applying lean principles and methodology. Must have five (5) or more years of management and/or leadership experience. Our ideal candidate will have a strong skill set and proven success working within a large healthcare system supporting, developing and implementing a culture of lean transformation.
