Looking for a change of scenery? We seek a Registered Nurse with two (2) or more years of Med/Surg experience for the role of RN - Med/Surg. In this role you will perform patient assessments, focusing on physiologic, psychological, and cognitive functions. You will evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes and adapts the plan of care based on recognized trends and changes. You will collect and manage comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or the situation. You will analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues. You will implement care in a knowledgeable manner and coordinates patient care across several disciplines and among caregivers. You will provide leadership to other members of the team by effectively communicating expected standards of care and encouraging and supporting team members and their contributions. Nurse/patient ratio is 1:5.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania. BSN or higher level nursing degree is required by 12/31/2020. Must have two (2) years of Med/Surg nursing experience. Must have CPR.
