We’re working on behalf of a not-for-profit, community-based health system serving a northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio population of more than 820,000. With more than 10,000 employees, the health system is the region’s largest employer. Their nurses and other health professionals take their expertise into the community - places where friends and neighbors live and work - to provide services to schoolchildren and to other individuals who may not otherwise have access to health services. And as an organization, they take leadership in supporting economic development, education, wellness and cultural resources that enhance quality of life for everyone. The health system provides the excellence, innovation, and value that patients seek in terms of convenience, compassion, service, cost and quality.
