Looking for a change of scenery?  We seek candidates with one (1) or more years of supervisory experience in a long term care environment for the role of Unit Manager.  In this role you will oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure. The Unit Manager - RN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Washington (or have the ability to gain this licensure).  Must have at least two (2) or more years of experience that includes at least one (1) year of supervisory experience in a long term care/skilled nursing facility setting.  Must have current BLS for Healthcare Providers.  Must be able to work in a nicotine free environment.
