We seek candidates or the role of Manager, Medical Staff Services. The person in this role will be responsible for direction and oversight of the Medical Staff Services Department. This includes credentialing and re-credentialing, planning, organizing, leading, implementing, monitoring and evaluating department functions at the administrative level including day to day fiscal management This position acts as a resource to Medical Staff regarding Medical Staff Bylaws, rules, regulations and policies.

Candidates must have five (5 ) or more years of management/supervisory experience in Medical Staff Services. Bachelors degree in preferred.  Candidates must have some experience in Performance Improvement activities, tools and techniques. Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMS) by the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) and Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) recommended. Candidates should have affiliation with the National Association Medical Staff Services and the Washington Association Medical Staff Services.
