We seek candidates with PMP, ITIL Foundation Certification and four (4) or more years of management experience in a healthcare setting for the role of Manager, Technology (PMO). In this role you will lead the functional management of the healthcare system's IT Technology. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency of IT technologies by defining standards and policies. You will provide centralized management of the planning, managing, and implementing of functional technology, and manage a team to deliver services across the enterprise. You will be expected to promote quality in support services to drive business value in compliance with internal and external IT policies and procedures.
Candidates must have four (4) or more years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Must have PMP certification. Must have experience with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Must have experience providing excellent customer service in a prompt and professional manner. Must have the ability to work independently, balancing multiple tasks within deadlines. Must be comfortable managing change. Must have excellent problem solving skills. Must have knowledge of current clinical practice, regulatory healthcare requirements, and healthcare information systems.
