Looking for a terrific opportunity with a national leader? We seek candidates with five (5) or more years of experience of supervising complex or multiple units, departments, or sites for the role of Practice Supervisor/Manager, OB. In this role you will report to the Administrative Director of Obstetrics Services and be responsible for overseeing the daily operational, human resource, administrative, and business functions of the Women’s Health Obstetrics and Perinatal Medicine Specialties and GYN Surgical Specialties Practice at the health system's site in Mission Bay. You will work with staff to develop, monitor, and maintain systems pertaining to all aspects of OB clinical care of the practice. The position is also a key player in assuring continuity of care and service integration with other health system locations providing obstetrics care.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and have demonstrated experience supervising complex or multiple units, departments, or sites. Must have the skills to effectively supervise clinicians and to manage the complex workflow and multiple units, departments or sites. Must have strong knowledge of human resources management policies, with the ability to train, monitor, and evaluate employees. Must have strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to train and mentor subordinates.
