Looking for a terrific opportunity with a national leader? We seek candidates with five (5) or more years of management/leadership experience in related medical office or health care environment for the role of Associate Director, Women's Health. In this role you will report to the Director of Women’s Health, Ambulatory Services and assume administrative, operational, and financial responsibility for a number of programs and projects. In conjunction with the Director, you will seek to improve the cost effectiveness, quality and efficiency of OB/GYN and PDC clinical operations. Working with the physicians and staff, you will evaluate current practice performance, identify areas for improvement, coordinate interdisciplinary process improvement teams, and direct the implementation of new processes and procedures with an exemplary patient experience in mind. You will identify best practices and oversees implementation of these throughout the OB/GYN and PDC practice sites.
Candidates must have a Bachelors and 5-10 years of experience in Business, Finance, Healthcare or related field or a combination of education and experience. Preference given to candidates who are licensed as an RN in the state of California. Masters degree is also a big plus. Must have significant (5-7 years) management/leadership experience in related medical office or health care environment. Strong preference given to candidates with experience managing personnel in a Union environment. Must be able to motivate and lead a director level team. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be highly organized and have highly effective problem solving skills. Must have exceptional follow-up.
