We seek candidates with a proven track record of leadership in an echo/imaging environment with a and five (5) or more years of experience for the role of Lead Cardiac Sonographer. In this role you will join an independent, 93-bed , not-for-profit hospital. You will assist in ensuring that the quality and patient satisfaction goals of the division are achieved. Day-to-day team scheduling, work assignments, and performance management are key components of this position. Working closely with medical providers, departmental colleagues, administration and clinical leadership, as well as allied departments in a highly cooperative and collaborative environment is critical for this position.
Professional certification in a national registry specific to Echo/RDCS (ADRMS) is required. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in an echo/imaging environment with a minimum of five (5) years of experience. Candidates must have experience with Stress Tests. BLS is required.
