Contracts Administrator (Hospital)

Looking for a change of scenery? We seek candidates with two (2) or more years of recent experience in contract management in a hospital environment for the role of Contracts Administrator. In this role you will report to the Director of Supply Chain Management and coordinate contract management for all services administered by the healthcare system. Duties include preparing, negotiating, monitoring and amending complex agreements. You will ensure compliance with the healthcare system's contract management requirements and the necessary documents such as insurance, business license, workers compensation, and business associate agreements are on file. 
 
Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree is Economics, Business Administration and two (2) or more years recent experience in contract management which includes using a contract management information system. Must have experience reviewing agreements and familiarity with contract provisions, terms and language.  Must have experience developing, negotiating, monitoring, amending complex contracts, memorandum of understandings (MOUs), and request-for-proposals (RFPs). Must have experience managing contract compliance and supplier performance. Must have working knowledge of Anti-kickback and Stark Laws. Must have working knowledge of accounting and general ledger principles required. Preference given to candidates with certification as a Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Purchasing Manager (CPM), Purchasing Professional (CPP) Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM) or Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (APP).
