Looking for a new adventure?  We seek candidates with a Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, ASCP certification, and five (5) or more years of laboratory management experience for the role of Laboratory Manager. In this role you will be responsible for direction and coordination of the personnel in Clinical Laboratory services.  Activities included are performance of chemical, microscopic and bacteriologic tests performed in the Clinical Laboratory to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of diseases.  You will ensure that services are of the best quality, are cost contained and are carried out in an expeditious manner.  You will be responsible for recognizing results or problems that require referral to the Clinical Laboratory Pathologist. You will maintain performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. You will assist in formulating the budget.  You will maintain efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Medical Techology and have five (5) or more years of progressively responsible laboratory supervisory experience.. Must hold certification/Licensure as a Medical Technologist in Hematology, Chemistry and/or Blood Bank.
