Looking for an opportunity with a great organization? We seek candidates with two (2) or more years of CVOR supervisory experience for the role of Nurse Manager - Cardiopulmonary Unit. In this role you will manage the coordination of activities on the cardiopulmonary unit with responsibility for results including costs, methods and staffing for 24-hour nursing operations. You will be responsible for operational performance, quality, service environment and regulatory compliance. You will receive assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon (or have the ability to gain this licensure). Preference given to candidates with a MSN. Must have five (5) or more years of Cardiopulmonary experience that includes supervisory experience. Must have financial and budgetary experience. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at date of hire.
