We seek candidates with seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible HR experience and strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations for the role of Human Resources Manager.  In this role you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for a rapidly-growing team-based  and tech-enabled mental health practice.  You will manage the recruitment and selection of talented candidates, including clinicians such as physicians, psychologists and social workers, administrative staff, executives and technical staff including developers and other IT positions. You will establish a recruiting, testing, interviewing, on-boarding and orientation program. You will conduct and analyze exit interviews. You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Candidates have a Bachelors degree and seven (7) or more years in progressively responsible human resource roles. Must have three (3) or more years in healthcare HR and  knowledge of HIPAA regulations as well as three (3) or more years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations. Experience with Zenefits or similar is a plus. Experience with Greenhouse or similar is a plus. Medtech or  tech industry/startup experience preferred. Must have knowledge of use of KPIs and OKRs.
