We seek candidates with ARDMS certification in at least two (2) specialties and three (3) or more years of supervisory experience for the role of Imaging Supervisor, Ultrasound. In this role you will report to the Radiology Manager, and be responsible for supervision of all Radiology Ultrasound Personnel in accordance with Department/Hospital policies. You will be responsible for quality patient care, including timely throughput of patients and the performance of their Ultrasound exams. You will function as a performing technologist and serve in advisory capacity to all staff, physicians and students. You will perform the more advanced exams. You will perform and ensure proper training in usage, proper utilization, and minor maintenance of a variety of Ultrasound equipment, image processing, and support equipment.
Candidates must hold ARDMS certification in at least two (2) specialties and have three (3) or more years of supervisory experience. Must hold current BLS certification. Must have strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules. Must be able to maintain flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
