Looking for a change of scenery?  We seek a Washington licensed RN with CNOR certification and five (5) or more years of leader experience in surgical services for the role of Director, Surgical Services.  The person in this role will be responsible for the management and operation of the hospital’s Surgical Services departments to include Pre-Admission, Operating Suites, PACU, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing. She/he will service as a clinical role model and be actively involved in initiatives to continually improve the patient care experience. She/he will be responsible for staffing, training, performance management, compliance and fiscal management of departmental assets, and implementing and evaluating quality improvement plans, including but not limited to, work process standards and performance goals to ensure optimal service delivery and patient care.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the state of Washington. Candidates must have a BSN.  Preference given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration.  Must have five (5) years of leadership experience in surgical services. Must have BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications. CNOR certification is a big plus.
