We seek candidates with one (1) or more years of skilled nursing experience for the role of Nurse Supervisor. The person in this role will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines. This RN position is a staff position that has direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for nursing assistants.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington. Very strong preference given to candidates with at least one (1) year of skilled nursing/long term care RN experience.
