RN Executive Director – Pediatrics Private Duty

Hospitals and health systems around the country have partnered with them to deliver patient-centered care in the home. 

We seek a Tennessee licensed RN with pediatric home health leadership experience for the role of RN Executive Director – Pediatrics Private Duty. The person in this role will oversee patient care services and day-to-day operational needs. She/he will continue to grow and expand pediatric private duty services. She/he will work in a culture that promotes quality and clinical compliance. He/she will participate in team efforts to achieve agency and company goals. She/he will be responsible for hiring, performance evaluations, coaching and training. She/he will be responsible for analysis of financial metrics and key performance indicators. She/he will serve as the point of contact for all state surveys and regulatory agencies.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee (or have the ability to gain this licensure). Must have three (3) or more years of relevant, supervisory, clinical management experience. Must have pediatric private duty experience.
