The person in this role will manage the assigned department and function across the area continuum of care to provide integrated services in a fiscally responsible manner through direction, support, and development of supervisors and staff, and through collaboration with medical staff, other hospital directors, and administrative staff, and community groups and agencies. She/he will embrace and articulate the mission, vision, values and goals of the health system to create a culture of trust excellence and shared purpose.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of California (or have the ability to gain this licensure). Must have two (2) or more years of maternal and child health services leadership experience. Must have at least five (5) years of acute care nursing experience.
