We're working on behalf of a 99-bed long-term acute care hospital that offers the same in-depth care patients would receive in a traditional acute care hospital, but for an extended recovery period. The hospital partners with the patient's physician and offers 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so the patient can begin the journey to wellness. For those who need special care, the hospital offers a 10-bed ICU and two negative pressure rooms. The hospital is part of the country’s largest provider of post-acute care.

We seek a California licensed Registered Nurse with five (5) or more years of inpatient, acute care experience for the role of Chief Clinical Officer. The person in create a dynamic nursing environment that fosters clinical and professional growth. She/he will actively participate with the hospital leadership team, with responsibility and oversight for patient care. She/he will define and maintain hospital standards in nursing care and practice in accordance with all regulatory requirements and JCAHO standards.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of California. Must have two years’ experience at a senior nursing management level. Masters degree is a plus.
