We seek an Arizona licensed Nurse Practitioners who will be comfortable with daily local travel in Tucson and Green Valley for the role of Field/Mobile Nurse Practitioner.  The person in this role will be responsible for managing patient care and treatment (in person, telephonically and/or video) in collaboration with the physician. She/he will conduct daily visits with members/patients that reside in either Group Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and/or Long Term Care Facilities. She/he will perform health assessments and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines. She/he will order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s clinical problems and health care needs. She/he will discuss case with physician, and formulate and document care plan. She/he will prescribe medication or other forms of treatment. She/he will participate in On-Call program, which may include after-hours, weekend and holiday calls and visitations.

Candidates must have an MS in Nursing and minimum of 1 year of related experience with a clinical emphasis. Current, unrestricted RN license and NP license in the state of Arizona is required. Must have prescribing or furnishing authority/DEA licensure in good standing. Must be Board Certified w/AANP or ANCC. Strong preference given to candidates with experience working with geriatric patient population. Experience working in Home Health, Med/Surg and ICU is also desirable.

The role offers competitive compensation (salary to $135,000 based on experience) and excellent benefits. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.
