We seek candidates with ambulatory experience and expert knowledge of the principles, concepts, and strategies involved in successful strategic growth and business development for the role of Director, Operations - Affiliates Network. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise relationship management strategies that fully leverage the health system's capabilities and lead to growth opportunities. He/she will also implement the strategic and business development efforts at affiliated hospitals/health systems to generate new business and increase customer value and drive revenue growth. This is a hybrid role that serves to align operational implementation with strategic initiatives. He/she will operationalize growth and physician alignment strategies. He/she will work with key internal and external stakeholders including physicians to ensure capability and capacity of clinical services are available.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Master's degree is preferred. Our ideal candidate has highly developed knowledge in healthcare planning, business development, and joint venture design. Must have expert critical-thinking and analytical skills to assess complex issues and sensitive situations and develop solutions. Must have expert interpersonal skills to interact and negotiate professionally with highly influential entities. Must be adept at establishing and cultivating business relationships. Must have highly advanced written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate with impact. Must be able to develop comprehensive reports and presentations.
