Cath Lab Technologist
Anchorage, AKWe’re working on behalf of Alaska’s largest hospital and a nationally recognized adult and pediatric trauma center, providing full-service, comprehensive care to all Alaskans, a role unmatched by any other in the state. We seek candidates with one (1) or more years direct work experience in Cardiovascular, and/or Interventional Radiological procedures for the role of Cath Lab Technologist. The person in this role will assist the cardiovascular Physicians in performing and completing invasive, interventional and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures in Labs using a variety of complicated/advanced equipment, monitors, devices, and supplies. She/he will assist in Quality Control checks/Quality Improvement Program. She/he will perform all duties in a manner which promotes "team" concept and reflects the sisters of the hospital's mission and philosophy.
Candidates must have one (1) or more years of direct work experience in Cardiovascular, and/or Interventional Radiological procedures as a Cardiovascular Technologist. Must hold National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire; or National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire. Must have current ACLS and BLS. Must be knowledgeable in Vascular, Cardiac, and Pediatric Procedural practice as well as emergent techniques/protocol.
The role offers highly competitive compensation (salary to $138,000 based on experience) and excellent benefits as well as a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
