We’re working on behalf of a healthcare organization whose hospice service team provides the physical, emotional, and logistical support needed by its patients. The team does more than ease pain — they lift spirits, guide meaningful conversations, and help their patients savor the little moments. They utilize a patient-centric medical management model. Care for their patients is a collaboration of all of their health care professionals under the supervision of their primary care physician.

We seek a Michigan-licensed Registered Nurse with at least one (1) year of experience in hospice care for the role of Clinical Manager. The person in this role will be based in either the organization’s office in Milford, MI with 1-2 days working from home. She/he will report to the Administrator and assist in the direction and coordination of all activities of the Agency including patient care service or personnel. She/he will be readily available through the Agency’s office, during hours of operation to advise the members of the staff. She/he will assume primary responsibility for planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing and other skilled clinical services through systematic assessment of caseload and optimum utilization of personnel.

Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan with at least one (1) year experience in Hospice care. CPR certification is preferred but not required. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision. Must be an avid team player. Must consistently maintain a positive attitude which promotes team and optimal performance.
