Primary Care Physician

We seek a California licensed physician with board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or Family Medicine for the role of Primary Care Physician. The person in this role will work M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, in an outpatient clinic. He/she will be responsible for providing Internal Medicine/Family Practice Services to patients.
Candidates must have a MD or DO with board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or Family Medicine. Must hold current unrestricted medical licensure in California. DEA license required. Experience in Value Based Care is a big plus.
