We seek candidates with experience providing oncology care for the role of Oncology Infusion Pharmacist. The person in this role will work a weekday shift from 7:00 am – 5:30 pm shift with no weekends/holidays. She/he will provide patient care as part of the Oncology treatment team at the health system’s cancer institute.  She/he will be part of a dedicated team of pharmacists, nurses, and physicians as part of the Oncology treatment team. This role will facilitate providing patient care also in both inpatient and outpatient infusion as part of a seamless inpatient to outpatient transition.  On call rotation is required and shared on a rotational basis with the other Oncology pharmacists. The team is collaborative and is looking for an additional pharmacist to enhance the patient experience.

Candidates must have a pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution and have experience providing oncology care.  Pharmacy licensure, or eligibility, in Indiana is required. Candidates must have a high level of oncology practice skills (residency or equivalent practice experience), enthusiasm for patient care, and the interpersonal skills needed to interact effectively with health professionals, patients, and students.  Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy is a big plus.
