Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We seek candidates with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or a Master’s degree and completion of ABA coursework for the role of BCBA Therapist. The person in this role will design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and strategies. She/he will develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed. She/he will collaborate with treatment team (director, parents and other support network) to review case progress. She/he will provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists, in all policies and procedures. She/he will communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc. She/he will maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties.

Candidates must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or a Master’s degree and completion of ABA coursework. Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable form of insured transportation. Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills. Must be proficient in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plus. Must possess the aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required. Must be able to communicate with team members routinely, regarding schedules and client's changing needs. Bilingual/Multilingual candidates have the opportunity for increased base pay.
