Apply to Healthcare Sales Director | Geriatrics
We’re working on behalf of a healthcare organization whose PACE (All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program provides seniors with the opportunity to continue living in their homes and in their communities. The organization’s innovative and comprehensive range of medical services to participants is what ignites their passion to treat the whole person and not the symptoms. They employ a collaborative interdisciplinary team (IDT) approach to evaluate and guide participant care, which is key to their values, team culture, and mission. The organization has been operating in Fresno since 2020 and serves nursing home-eligible seniors throughout Fresno, Kings, Madera, and Tulare counties.
We seek candidates with five (5) or more years of supervisory experience with at least two (2) years in senior healthcare services growth/enrollment for the role of Healthcare Sales Director. As a member of the leadership team, the person in this role will guide the Outreach and Enrollment Team, and facilitate collaborative relationships across the organization, with the interdisciplinary team (IDT), and with external stakeholders to promote the organization's values, culture, and mission. He/she will meet gross and net census growth goals and direct and coordinate all marketing, outreach, and community engagement activities. He/she will direct and coordinate all intake and enrollment processes, including implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and conversion. He/she will track, oversee, and report on team performance, including meeting/exceeding goals for leads, home visits, enrollments, eligibility statuses, and proper use of Salesforce on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. He/she will establish strategies and maintain relationships with referral sources, including senior housing, physician groups, hospitals, post-acute facilities, and community organizations within their market.
Candidates must have at least five (5) years of supervisory experience with at least two (2) years in senior healthcare services growth/enrollment preferred. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred, although an additional five (5) years of relevant management experience may be substituted. Must have strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Must have experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and oversee people and projects.
The role offers highly competitive compensation (salary to $160,000 based on experience) and excellent benefits that include medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) and 401-K savings + match. The role also provides great work/life balance - 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and sick time. This is a great opportunity to join the fastest growing PACE program in California. It's also a terrific opportunity to join an organization that has been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Startup Employers, thanks to their innovative and comprehensive range of medical services to participants, and their passion to treat the whole person and not the symptoms.
