We’re working on behalf of a medical group that offers compassionate care to the communities of Apple Valley, Hesperia and Victorville. Their exceptional team of primary care and specialty physicians brings outstanding medical care to the High Desert. Their Physical Therapists and assistants work closely with their patients’ Primary Care Providers and specialists to provide the highest level of care and smooth transition to the care they need. They specialize in orthopedic, neurological, and cardiac conditions as well as pre and post surgical orthopedic conditions.
We seek candidates who have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program for the role of Physical Therapist. The person in this role will be responsible for providing quality care for patients receiving Physical Therapy services, including examination, evaluation, Physical Therapy diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, outcomes, and discharge planning. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to consultation, education, critical inquiry, administration, and direction and supervision of personnel. He/she will follow an individualized performance development plan to maintain current knowledge and be competent in critical areas, support program goals, Medical Center goals and objectives, functions, and philosophy.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and hold valid California PT License, or proof of License eligibility. Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. One (1) year of experience is preferred, but new grads or those with entry level experience with an ambulatory care facility or medical group practice are welcome to apply. Experience with CARF and Title XXII standards is a plus, as is MR experience.
