We seek candidates with a Bachelors degree in Nursing and three (3) or more years of clinical experience for the role of Quality Improvement Coordinator. In this role you will facilitate and support quality improvement efforts and regulatory requirements among the Medical Staff and Hospital departments through data collection, aggregation, analysis and reporting. You will use CQI tools and techniques to monitor processes and outcomes. Analysis will be provided to the appropriate staff to assist in identifying opportunities for improvement. You will act as a resource for the medical and hospital staff regarding the continuous quality improvement (CQI) process.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and three (3) or more years of clinical experience. Candidates must earn certification from a national association in quality improvement as per timeline established by Director at time of offer. Must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Must be able to critically analyze data. Must have experience in facilitating process and quality improvement activities. Must have Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite products.
